Big and well organized. Employees sometimes are pretty rud. Recycle machine for empty bottles are normally defect.

The personal have no idea about respect I've about a battery charger for my car because my batterie was dead.. And ive tested and it doesn't work neather for charging my car and charging itself.. I have the receipt so ive decided to give it back and get my money back.. The personal have opened the package and said you've used it so that we can't return it back.. I asked her to at least change it for a one which works and she said no we cant do that.. And in front of me two people have returned their things one of them has a antenna without any questions and she didn't ever care if he used it or not I've ordered to see the manager amd she said that the she is the manager and i cant talk to anyone Then i reached the chef and he didn't help3me either.. He said we can only repair it for you and this is the rules in Deutschland Never return again.. Buying online the best Thanks god there is Amazon and etc. They return everything even if you say you don't like it anymore
