Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Oberhausen

If you ever have a choise, don't visit this place and don't rent here. We've been rejected to get a car we've booked, being frequent customer of Enterprise and having zero issues with our previous bookings and with absolutely no reasons provided. They say we didn't provide enough evidence of our residence address (when we provided last trips receipts with address and even our house rental contract), they also failed to provide information what kind of information we need to share in addition to that in order for them to make sure we use real address. We've been left without a car with 2 month baby crying on hands and a day lost from out long waited vacation, all because of ms. Jessica's racial and ethical intolerance(I really wish her to be treated the same way wherever she goes). And also, zero support or zero options on what documents to bring or information to provide yo actually get the car. 4 hours on support line with Enterprise and no solution or even apology. If you don’t want to be treated the same way, discriminated and left alone without any support and explanations what caused such behavior, please avoid this branch.

I was very pleased with the service. Even the Branch Manager came to shake hands and offered me a coffee while i got my car. Perfect team spirit and top prices. Love these guys!

Enterprise, yes, I can recommend it. Relatively unbureaucratic. Most of the work can be done online, which I find pleasant. I actually handed in the vehicle 1 hour later, which is normally counted as a whole day by the system. Goodwill is not a foreign word here, so it stayed with the agreed costs, which was gratifying for me as a customer.

Excellent service. The employees are always friendly and everything runs smoothly. I rent a lot and have never had any problems. But on the contrary. I wish the team a happy new year and will be happy to be a customer in 2021 as well.
