I documented my car at pick up, drop off and during each fill (at Munich office). I returned the car with more fuel then I received it. I pumped until the nozzle shut off 3 times (squeezing in an extra 1.5 litres and bringing the gauge above where it was during the whole trip). They say after return: They still charged me for another 9 litres - which defies physics. Head office supports their munich office. It’s my word and my documents against their word. I consider their actions at best misguided and at worst fraudulent. Very very disappointing treatment.

Awful, they charge you extra for any reason whatever, they even didn't accept my insurance (that was full cover and official) to charge several hundred euros. And for sending one mail charged me 48 Euro. Not responsible .

Do not rent with this company!!!! They sell off your vehicle to force you to buy an upgrade, when you rent for cheap through a third party. Then they falsify times on your contract, to show that you have been too late as an excuse to sell your vehicle (fully knowing that if you back out you loose your initials payment). The upgrade vehicle which is supposed to be top of the line with a GPS is beat up and dirty, GPS is broken and oil light comes on 15 minutes after you leave the location etc. Attempted to request a smaller vehicle the next day in a smaller class, none available in 2 provinces?!? Worst customer service, management and “customer care” backs the fraudulent activities of their staff, even when presented with actual evidence that exposes their activities.

Scammers - They tried to steal money We left the vehicle relatively early at the Airport Dusseldorf, therefore there was none there. After couple of days, we received a strange Email, where they said, they were doing some investigations after the return. This smelled like spam / Scam , however I asked for a clarification, which I never received. Few days later they sent to my Landlord's address 5 pages to fill in, requesting to mention what happened. I replied them back, I had no idea what they were after. We received a car, that was full of scratches and heavily damaged. None of the operators came with us, to check all of them ( it would have taken 1 hour). Our car was in the garage for 3 days and barely drove outside. Buchbinder tried to use the Change, that none was there so early at the airport, to get some extra money from us. Beware: Take pictures and Video of the vehicle before and After and ALWAYS Request someone to check every single scratch with you. Do not trust them Scammers - They tried to steal money
