The car was very punctual. The staff were very friendly and competent. You were also very flexible, and help was provided wherever possible The car was very well maintained, as were of course the employees. But I also expect that with such a service if you want to do the service reliably and cleanly. The employees were also very communicative during the journey, which I really liked.
