They gave me a good quotation but surprized me with a higher bill after the service...!
They told me they did not include the sales tax in the quotation, which sounded very weird and felt like scamming.
However, the service was good and the staff were very helpful.

lasse meine Fahrzeuge schon seit mehreren Jahren hier lackieren sowie Reparieren. Herr Baun sowie Mitarbeiter pflegen stets einen freundlichen Umgang zum Kunden. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich sehr gut. Die Arbeit wird meiner meinung nach stets Professionell durchgeführt, ich hatte nie Probleme.
Ich kann diese Werkstadt stets weiterempfehlen.

After a telephone request regarding an oil change in a Ford Ka (2006) with 5W40 oil, I was informed that the price would be around 50-60 € net (I am no longer fully aware of how much exactly, but the price was in this segment ) would amount to. In addition, the flashing light should be changed.
I returned the car about 30 minutes after the phone call. When I got it back, the price was 90 € net and 5W30 oil was used instead of 5W40 oil.
I wanted to give this written feedback, because my verbal request for payment was not really answered.
