Dear Bunzel company, we had decided to buy a loft bed. Since we didn't like the quality in the furniture stores, we decided to have a bed built. So we became aware of your company through Facebook! We contacted her home and were advised by Mr. Neumann. The employee came into our house and made good suggestions, whereupon we placed an order. After a short time we got a call that we could have a look at the bed set up at their company. On site we were thrilled our son for whom the bed is (8 years) thought it was great to be able to look at everything on site and walk through it. We thank you for that! We then picked up the bed and everything was labeled, so that we could assemble it very quickly! Thanks to Mr. Neumann for the implementation in your company. Had the pleasure about two weeks ago. Made the appointment the evening before, started in the morning towards Marl. Was received in a friendly manner on site and was able to present my request first. Then the consultant took a lot of time to show me how I could implement the project myself using showpieces and made a rough calculation. The properties of the individual types of wood were also included in the advice. Overall, I felt in good hands and advised.

We went there yesterday to buy some wood for a new craftsman project. There was a small calculation error regarding the price, because mm and cm were mixed up. When this became known, the boss personally apologized to us. I find this action very remarkable and not taken for granted. The quality of the wood is good and especially if you want to start small, this market is a good decision and, at least for glued wood, a decision that is better in terms of price and otherwise a significantly better quality than buying the next wood in a hardware store or elsewhere. The customer service is also very helpful and tries to be there for the customer as best they can. The only thing I find a little disagreeable is the master craftsman in the workshop. And if the young man who advised me about the price should read this :) Mistakes can always happen and especially at the beginning it shouldn't be a problem. Again, the service was very friendly and courteous.

Holzland Bunzel helped us to achieve our long-awaited dream floor. A very competent advice from Mr. Lepke not only with regard to the selection of the floor but also afterwards with the instruction of the care of the floor. Holzland Bunzel has access to excellent craftsmen. So we were fortunate to have someone in Mr. Pfaff who laid the floor with a lot of expertise and attention to detail. We will enjoy this beautiful (white oiled oak) and professionally laid floor for many years to come.
