Rolf Dickel is a very experienced physiotherapist who really enjoys his job. He takes very good care of his customers and is always up for a chat. Since I went to see him, I have less tension. He knows his trade. The scheduling is flexible and timely. I am completely satisfied.

I phoned the practice and asked for an appointment. The gentleman on the phone said there were plenty of deadlines and I was promised an appointment for the 14:11. After I mentioned my name, he suddenly remembered that the practice can not give any appointments until the end of December. I feel discriminated against by the practice.
