Really great!

I am very satisfied with the practice and the treatment. Nothing is talked about nicely or celebrated around the bush. But there are clear announcements, which help in my opinion more than 30 minutes to be pitied. The practice is friendly and clean, you will find no hair from other patients on the couch or bad air in the treatment room. I can recommend Mr. Molter to anyone looking for a competent, mind-bending therapist.

I can not recommend this practice anymore. I had been prescribed 2 applications 6 times this year. I have not been told in practice that if you do not cancel an appointment 24 hours in advance, it will be charged. Due to a demonstrable and unpredictable illness of my son, I had to cancel an appointment, which happened immediately on the same morning of that day. When I asked him to make up for this appointment, Mr Molter became more than rude and said he did not have to do anything and had the legal right to charge me for it. I felt like he was in the kindergarten with his quibbling. There was no reasonable conversation possible. Even on two emails he did not think it necessary to answer and sent me the bill. What has annoyed me so much is the fact that is measured with two different measures. Exactly two weeks before, my husband had an appointment for treatment with the same therapist. There she was cheerfully. One day later, I had an appointment with the same person. He was canceled 2 hours before because she got sick. So far so good. Now, at the beginning of next week, I had another appointment with this therapist. She was in a good mood and had a hand full of henna. On demand, she told me that she was on a kind of hippy concert at the weekend. Everyone now likes to think of their own part. So that's all acceptable, only the customer is always the dork. I have found a great practice and there is a waiting list. If an appointment has to be canceled, it will not be charged immediately - unless it becomes a permanent state. So do many other practices and friendliness is still written GROSS.
