Large modern roofer operation of the still family led. In addition, the Furma owns several own work platforms and almost able to help every customer as quickly as possible. Here is the price performance ratio in any case.

Inquiries and orders are simply ignored! We had an emergency in a rented apartment: the water has flowed in the rain in streams through the ceiling. On 12.07.2019 we have placed the order. The company promised to get in touch soon. Until 01.08.2019 there was no feedback. On telephone demand I was unreasonable, slick and without telling me that an appointment can not be arranged, not even approximately and not even with 1-2 hours lead time. We should take the day off completely, without guarantee that the appointment comes about. It should be mentioned that I have been a long-standing, always good and punctual customer. We understand when vacation time is up, but let us hang this way? Unfortunately this happens again and again. We have over 120 administrative units. The order volume is therefore not low! It seems to me as if this company is not clear and drops customers.
