I had my 2019 tax return processed there as a private person. At first this was not a problem. The staff is very friendly, but I was probably missing a signature for the dispatch so that the tax return could be sent to the tax office. I was only informed of this after 3 months when I called to find out about the current status. In the telephone conversation, it was then possible to send it without a signature and I was promised. No feedback after 9 weeks. Therefore, I repeatedly asked the current status by phone and I was promised a callback. After 2 days I got in touch again and found out that the delivery to the tax office had still not taken place. At my request to avoid such problems by more communication, I was told that it was not possible to check missing documents or past transfers to the tax office. However, the bill came quickly and easily. It seems to me that my concern as a private person is seen as a minor matter and does not have a high priority.

The office as well as the employees are very friendly and authentic. Inquiries of various contents are answered competently, reliably, promptly and with the required precision. All in all, a law firm where you feel very well cared for as a customer and which you would be happy to recommend.
