I needed a transporter up to 3.5T, had called 2 days beforehand. Booking very convenient by phone and confirmation by SMS with all important data. The owner was very friendly and gave me a brief introduction to the van. The van (with the engine check light) drove well and was very easy. All in all, I was very satisfied.
