I was skilfully ignored as a customer. The store is empty. No time of day said. Stand there for 5 minutes. Then I went to Reifen.com. The time of day was known there. I also got an appointment. Will move there with my fleet. Normally I would be a direct neighbor of this company. Maybe it's because I wasn't wearing a suit, just a boiler suit.
Would have liked to have had a positive experience, like many others here. But unfortunately I was completely ignored in the store. The employee didn't look at me even though I was the only one in the store. A hint that I might want to be patient would have been nice and would have been enough for me. But without paying any attention to me, let me stand for minutes and just keep staring at his screen and then comfortably pick up the phone. Sorry, I shouldn't allow myself that in my business. But apparently it (still) works here. But you won't see me here again.
