Afterwards (after the complaint and after many days) the cables of the heating pump (plus and minus) were incorrectly wired by Mr. Große Büning. After that, the pump went up in a very cold winter. The residents women children and a baby had to endure days in the cold, I say only insanely. For days, Mr. Grosse Büning did not come, abandoned his customers, respecting the residents such as babies and children and women was not considered. I had to order another company and this company has put the catastrophic maintenance work of Mr. Große Brünning back in order. We also had a lawsuit, astonishingly, my testimonial witness, the plumbing employee of the other company, who put my heating system back in order, he did not appear at the court. I can well imagine what happened in the background ?? !! He wanted to tell the wrong wiring of the pump in any case, he had promised me. I also received the wrong wiring of the cables in writing from the other company. Without a witness, the note was not valid in court. To be right and to be right without a witness is very difficult. As an owner you can not be a witness, so it is legally shouting. So Mr. Große Bünning will not win a customer. I suggest everyone takes his finger from this company and gives no orders or you end sometime like me, with my heating system.
