For @Can Duman Very satisfied, great staff, always good offers and also in the corona pandemic always for all of us there can not understand the people who are still upset when you first think and write afterwards, because you have to understand it and there sometimes working there for a day or more, the employees not only sit at the cash register, they also have to put the wrong things into the correct compartment and settle the cash register that would be like being in the hospital had a broken leg and would say that it heals by itself that doesn't fit together people wake up it's Corona and I fully understand that the employees are under high pressure considering the hospital staff because of this, employees have to be harassed completely in the wrong place!

Employee Ms. Vogel, So I'm actually not a big fan of any reviews. But in this case I'll tell you something and I was at Rossmann's this morning, I wanted to buy a Red Bull. I also work in the city myself and I was in a hurry. Then I asked in a completely normal tone, it may be that it doesn't seem so friendly because of the mask, which we all know that it makes you look a bit monotonous. I asked if another cash register could be opened. Then the employee at the checkout started to blaspheme Ms. Vogel about me with customers when you don't have time, that you shouldn't go shopping, etc. and she did that with two other customers, that she blaspheme about me and that doesn't work at all. There were three other customers in front of me, they could have said it to me personally, then when it was my turn she closed the cash register and another employee came and continued to collect.I only had two Red Bulls who could have just collected them but that's a different matter. When the next one came to collect, she collected my goods and I still had deposit boxes that I returned. Thereupon the cashier asked Mrs. Vogel how to take it back because she is new and doesn't know how to take it back. Thereupon Ms. Vogel said she should check whether she had a label on her own. Then I said with humor that the bottles were from the forest and I smirked, apparently Ms. Vogel has no sense of humor that she didn't take it with humor. And said very outrageously without looking into my face that I was outrageous, then I told her that she was being outrageous because she blasphemed me with other customers and colleagues and I am not deaf that I get that too, so I have to say a lot insolent employee who takes out her bad mood on customers. I understand there will be a lockdown soon and she's worried about jobs etc. but she doesn't have to take her bad mood out on me. Her bad mood doesn't really bother me either, but what is not at all possible that she blasphemed me, I haven't done anything to this employee and I just want to say to Ms. Vogel in this sense that you are rude yourself !!!!! And I will no longer buy my REDbull there in the future.

I was there in the last week and very enthusiastic about the friendliness of the staff. There was a foreign lady shopping and in the perfect English very polite advice. It needs more of this competence and tolerance in this world ☺️ Therefore and for the wide range full 5 stars
