Dear Videoplanet-Team I would find it better, if you can borrow something in the week until 22 o'clock and the choice is unfortunately too small ...

I've been a customer in the video library for years and hope that it will not stay normal for a long time. Staff and service are great the selection leaves nothing to be desired.

Very nice selection and like to go there

I always like to come to the video library. It is a pity that there are only so few, so I always drive from Castrop-Rauxel. The selection of movies is very good (although I'd personally like to have more 4k Blu-Rays ...) and my son still finds some Xbox game he has not tried yet. The offered for sale accessories (controller, etc.) is a bit high priced, but is not the core segment. The good (albeit somewhat high-priced) selection of - not everyday - drinks (such as Dr. Pepper Cherry) makes up for it a bit. All in all, I always like to come back to the store - and that for almost 25 years ...

A deposit of 25 euros for each game loaned alone ?! You really should have said that on the phone before the customer, as previously mentioned by phone, arrives 30 km - in the evening - with children! On the phone it was clear that we are new customers - at least I asked about the fees and delivery options AND mentioned that if you can cover the three games, we will still take on the 30 km (!). But to tell the deposit only on site of more than 100 euros (we decided on a fourth game) is really absolutely not customer-friendly! That's why we drove again without renting anything - another 30 km !! Thanks for nothing ... * grrrrrrr * You should trust your customers a bit and, if necessary, introduce prepayment or deposits for repeat offenders, but consider every new customer as a potential thief ...? Sorry, I'd rather use the internet. Addendum to your answer: There are supposed to be people who CANNOT pay it! (I heard it once.) And how? Wouldn't there be repeat offenders? Of course they would still exist. Games and films that were not returned were certainly not only owed by new customers before this deposit was introduced, but they should pay for it. But if it reassures you: in addition to the service, the prices and the inadequate communication of information, I didn't really like the shop.
