Very nice coworkers, who accomplished quick and reliable my move from Dortmund to casting. I was really surprised how quickly and yet safely my entire household goods were packed and loaded in the truck. All agreements were met, in the end it was because everything went a little faster than planned, even a little cheaper than the offer. Top!

I can highly recommend the moving company Happe / Bäckerling. Very friendly staff, busy, responsive to inquiries, clean, take great care of the property and are extremely careful. Last week I moved with the haulage company Happe and I'm still thrilled with how smoothly everything went. From the quotation to the delivery of the moving boxes to the move itself everything went perfectly. That in the short term the use of an outside elevator was not possible or the parking situation at the destination was difficult - Mr. Happe responded sovereignly and professionally in any unforeseen situation, the team was incredibly friendly, well-rehearsed and managed the complete move quickly and efficiently. Not even the appointment to visit an offer kept (despite the appointment window 1 hour, so that one waits for 1 hour for free) and then does not even admit the error! So I can not muster confidence and prefer to hire another company!
