Honest boss with know-how 👍🏼 He examined the balcony screed after removing the old tiles. He could have said that the screed had to be removed and the waterproofing new to earn money - but he didn't! A neighboring roofer, on the other hand, had previously claimed that the waterproofing had to be renewed ...
