BMS Umzüge in Dortmund

BMS Umzüge was hired by us to transport furniture, set it up in the new apartment and remove / screw on lamps and wall wardrobes. Fixed price € 800. The use of a furniture lifter for the bulky pieces of furniture had also been agreed in advance. This is how the furniture should come out on the balcony and not through the narrow staircase. On a positive note, all employees were very friendly. Defects were however: -The furniture lifter was not ordered by the company. Instead, one employee lifted the heavy closet from the roof of the van over the balcony railing and a second employee accepted it. -The assembly of the lamps was left to a single employee of the group who did not have the right tools with them, which is why the assembly of several objects was unfortunately not possible. - in the evening after the lamps were installed, one of them fell off the ceiling. The employee had attached this lamp with its heavy glass housing with a single weak screw and a wrong dowel. We can therefore not recommend BMS removals.
