This evaluation only goes to their shipping company! How can it be that the shipping company calls shortly beforehand and tries to make it clear that Bader has strangely not paid and that we should please pay 33 euros for the shipping company? Then they even tried to negotiate that 10 or 15 euros are ok and we just shouldn't call Bader. The very left game is operated by the freight forwarders. So please please please pay attention !!! They thought because my grandma had ordered something and looked at the age that she didn't ask any questions anyway. At the end we called Bader Lagerhaus again and it was immediately clear to please not pay the freight forwarders in cash. Simply bold.

Extremely poor customer service !! I've been waiting 50 minutes on the phone. The lady just wanted to quickly clarify why an item that was ordered weeks ago had not yet arrived. I wonder how long I will wait. Can only be hours. A cheeky thing. At least you could have said that it would take some time.
