The communication with Ms. Yelkuvan and her team was always absolutely courteous and I received a helpful and binding answer to all questions promptly. Despite the currently difficult conditions, moving boxes were kindly made available to me in advance. On the day of the move, the team was there on time and the gentlemen were very friendly, considerate and respectful the entire time. The process was organized very professionally, so that all parts found their way out of the old and into the new apartment in no time and in a meaningful order. Special consideration was given to sensitive and fragile removal goods and the team agreed with me from time to time, which I found very pleasant. There is no negative rating for this company and there is a reason for that. From the preliminary meeting to implementation, everything went smoothly and without any complications. The four employees of the company were very nice and extremely hard-working, so that the move (two-story house, 80 km away) was done in one day. The price was extremely fair. I can unconditionally recommend this moving service.
