1 star is still too much for the friendliness of the lady on the phone ... You couldn't even explain to her properly what your concern is and whether she can help me there. Then I was stalled and hung up.

Just DISAPPOINTING! What a juice shop and not a good one. From unfriendly clerks (should you ever get one on the phone) to putting through the entire office, everything is offered here. Fun for kids and grown-ups. If you have nothing to do this afternoon, just give us a call. Oh no! The pigs closed long ago. So not at all! With the kindest regards, Rainer Zufall.

My daughter asked me to prepare her income tax return. I had a few queries, the clerk Ms. M., although I was able to provide all the personal information, knocked me down totally unfriendly and condescendingly: no information - tax secrecy! Ms. M. is also paid by our taxpayers' money - that is not possible at all!

It's unbelievable that the tax office opened just ONE counter for questions. The waiting time is longer than an hour! You get the feeling that this is not working. When employees are constantly passing by with their cereal bowls or their coffee break, you really get a grudge. In the free economy, none of them would survive for three days.
