I am very happy that I could get an appointment in the same day. I am always treated in a friendly and courteous manner here. The team is very nice and helpful. The doctor Abdalrahim is highly competent and takes the patient seriously.

Very friendly and accommodating. Felt in good hands from start to finish. The ambience is also very friendly. Only the lack of parking spaces in combination with this central location is disadvantageous. If you know this, you can take that into account.

At the beginning of October I had a referral for a dermatologist from my family doctor on suspicion of white skin cancer. I called in this practice because then a medical assistant on the phone I read out the diagnosis that was on the referral slip. The medical assistant then offered me an appointment in January 2021 because I am a statutory health insurance patient, the medical assistant then literally said to me that if I were a private patient I would get an appointment at short notice, I asked several times during the conversation whether she was sure of her statements and the appointment of the appointment was confirmed by the lady on the phone again and again. I then called the MVZ at the Bayreuth Clinic and got an appointment within 3 days, unfortunately the suspicion of skin cancer was confirmed and on Friday the second operation is due to remove more skin cancer cells. I am very happy that the clinic helped me immediately, I find the behavior in the Suckow practice very borderline, to put it nicely. I have the impression that this is more about money and other things than the well-being of people.
