When you are well familiar with bubble tea, it's probably a great place, but the staff is not friendly or patient enough to help you with simple recommendations if you ask for some.

Customer service is awful and the tea is even worse if your coming from the states you will be gravely disappointed ☹️

Sooooooo good! If you like bubble tea you know what you are getting into. This place has different options other than just tapioca for the balls in your tea which is cool. I tried lime, wasn’t disappointed!

Tea is delicious, but the saleswoman ... well. Rather an unfriendly tone, often on the phone and then you have to wait for her to finish. That's why I deduct one star, but the main thing is that I have my Bobatee.
