I do not rate drugstore goods here. But the unfriendly employees in this branch (with the exception of the younger women !!) create such a negative atmosphere that you quickly go to Müller next door.
And the standardized answer from Rossmann among the reviews is almost cheeky.

There is only one star for the products, there is nothing to be said against it. The staff, especially the short-haired, blonde middle-aged employee is cheeky and presumptuous. Customers are lined up with cheeky comments or insulted, whether old or young, everyone is insulted with their sayings according to the form of the cashier's day, which I've noticed for a long time. How to let someone like that go out on customers is beyond me as a businessman.
I have always been satisfied with the staff in this market, but sadly that has not happened for some time. Two of the ladies have been a bit annoying lately, I had a question and then I got the answer (they always have something to ask, they need to know what's wrong)
today again, (it was behind my back with another customer, pulled over me) that does not think so good. I will avoid the market as much as possible, there are still enough drugstores in Bayreuth.
Not a particularly large store but you can find what you need 😊
