I can only recommend this furniture store. The advice is very good, someone always has time. The prices are very cheap. Compared to the 3 large furniture stores in Nuremberg - Hertel was much cheaper with high quality - without these constant super discounts. The price difference was striking! I will try to buy as much as possible from Hertel and in future I will ignore other furniture stores.

My experiences with Möbel Hertel are negative. For me, a not customer-friendly and solution-oriented company. A bedroom closet was purchased. The agreed delivery times were not kept. Notifications were hard to miss. VAT reduction is collected and not passed on to the customer. After waiting for weeks, the construction team did a good job, but I still needed individually adapted privacy screens. Here, Hertel was again unable to collect any plus points due to an overpriced offer. When buying, you should check exactly what you are getting yourself into. I cannot and will not recommend Möbel Hertel. BG

Competent advice, delivery included, quick assembly and all the packaging material was taken away again immediately. That's how it should be!

For me it is still the best furniture store in Bayreuth and the surrounding area. Sure there are other houses that are bigger. But still you can always find something nice. The advice deserves particular praise. Opening times could be a little longer.

My wife and I went to Möbel Hertel yesterday to buy a kitchen. After an inquiry, an employee comforted us that you would receive a visit right away and that we should wait 15 minutes until another employee returned. When we were back after about 20 minutes, the other employee was not there yet, but she comes after a phone call. After a while I asked again and found out that the employee just wanted to take something away and then came. A little while later our contact person was no longer there, but we could see that another employee is busy with customers. After we saw that the conversation would probably take longer, I spoke to another employee who was working at the desk all the time. In a polite tone, I said to her that we wanted to buy a kitchen, whereupon I got to hear all the annoyance of this person: she has a lot of work, has to finish something and her working time ends at 2 p.m. 35 minutes). After we have waited three quarters of an hour, I am also snapped because I ask for a consultation from a person with whom I have not had any contact at the time. I will no longer visit Möbel Hertel.
