Employees complain every time they want to hand over parcels for DHL, because QR codes have to be scanned and she hates it. You get turned on stupidly because you order and send something back. If it bothers you so, you should rethink your activities and consider that it is still customers who are standing in front of you. I can't comment on the gas station itself.
