This week I had a very nice and courteous shopping experience at the Böhnlein jeweler in Bayreuth. Ms. Pscherer gave me excellent advice on buying a great watch, and the price was absolutely fair.
I have already visited the in-house master watchmaker's workshop before buying it, and here too I can only report positive things.
As a result, I can unreservedly recommend the Böhnlein jeweler.

Absolutely unfriendly and incredibly arrogant owner. You are treated like a second class person, although you obviously want to buy a Rolex for several thousand euros and mind you already have one on your arm !!! You are not noticed and left standing in the corner, if you then ask about models other than the ones in the display, you will be more or less “forced” to look! So service at a “would-be luxury watch dealer” would look different for me. At any other jeweler you will at least be greeted with a friendly smile and not with unwanted glances. Incidentally, that was the second, absolutely identical incident, and there won't be a third of this kind, because watches can also be bought elsewhere.
Nice and friendly advice from an employee (unfortunately forgot the name). The boss's advice was friendly, even if a bit "reserved". Nevertheless, the purchase with the employee went well. We will be happy to come back to you for further watch purchases.
