Always have all the trinkets because service from the staff leaves a lot to be desired but some are very unfriendly
After buying concerns about scratching / wear, I assured me when buying that the bracelet could be exchanged by way of a guarantee in such a case. Since the jewelry is obviously absolutely disproportionate from a price-performance perspective, this is exactly the case.
After the salespeople were unable to give a greeting for 10 minutes (also to another waiting customer) and were otherwise helpful in a white dress, I was then informed (contrary to the clear statement of the saleswoman at the time (and in an incredibly unfriendly manner) that it was there would be no guarantee.
I am less disappointed with the jewelry (which in itself is very pretty) than with the impossible behavior of the sales assistants
