I have to admit that I was a bit reserved at the beginning. I have never set foot in a jeweler at the construction site and had the image of conceited older women in fire-engine red lipstick who think themselves for something better. (Think cliché) 😄 But I am in work clothes, was greeted and a young lady took me on immediately. The advice and service are absolutely top-notch, even when talking to the manager / branch manager, everyone involved was genuinely friendly, not artificial as one sometimes knows from salespeople. I've found my regular jeweler, and the next rings can be a bit more expensive 😉😀

Incredibly warm and competent advice. The ladies responded to all my special requests in an incredibly friendly way, made the extra effort to find a certain piece elsewhere and even reworked earrings for me. Everything uncomplicated and perfect! From now on my first point of contact for jewelry and watches. Thanks again!
