Great location grocery store right down the street and a drug store. Really close to the the university only a 5 minute walk. Also right on a bus route. Its about a 20 minute walk to down town but it's an easy walk you just walk straight down a street. The room are awesome! The rooms have a full kitchen and everything in them. The shower is amazing. Free wifi and an awesome roof top patio. Would highly recommend staying here.

Best hotel we have stayed at in Europe, even has laundry machines. Should be 4 stars instead of 3.
It is clean and nice. Rooms have kitchen, dishwasher and oven with hub.
WC and bathroom are separated in two independent rooms and there is a TV as well. You have access to WiFi.
It is closed to Bayreuth University and there is a bakery and Lidle nearby. Bus stop is right in front of thehotel.
But they don't serve breakfast. You can get it by paying a bit more than usual from hotel or just go to the nearby bakeries and have it.
Also parking there is not for free even if you stay overnight. therefore you should pay for it.
Great apartments with a small kitchenette, large bed, boiler, hair dryer, great shower. City center is ~20min by foot. Best for travellers doing business with local University
