Excellent modern hotel next to the city centre and pedestrian zone. Can't have a better location.

Very quiet hotel with a fantastic location, very quiet rooms (didn't hear a single neighbor for 10 days despite the hotel being booked out!), diverse breakfast options and strong wifi. While it didn't have a business center, the staff was happy to print a few documents. Parking was just around the corner/behind the hotel with easy access and ample parking despite it being a commuter's garage. My family will definitely stay here in the future, our only "improve" is there's no fitness center or nearby daily-pass gym.

The hotel was fine for our needs. Like most guests we were there for a short break to visit the Bayreuth Opera Festival. I would not choose it for a holiday. The room and bathroom were very small. The cost of the room was very high for what we got! Breakfast was adequate but not amazing! One problem for us was that there did not seem to be enough staff available to answer queries at reception. Everyone seemed to be multi-tasking during what was a busy month for them. Some extra temporary staff might have helped. The staff were clearly stressed when having to deal with people making requests at reception with only one person holding the fort. For those of us not German it was often difficult to make ourselves understood and we felt the staff were impatient..
