The staff here is always friendly and patient. More tills are opened quickly when there are many customers. The hygiene concept is well made and implemented. Fruit and vegetables are always fresh, even if the selection is smaller compared to other discounters. In the area of dairy products, the selection is also limited, or rather limited for our taste. Some products are only there when they are on sale or as seasonal goods. The aisles, especially for baked goods, are often blocked. The cleanliness is great.

My first choice & favorites of all the net in Bayreuth, You always make sure that all the shelves are filled. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and treat everyone the same. If you need help then you can get it at any time, even if it is very stressful, that's no problem at all. The rolls are better in my opinion than with any Becker, so I drive every day from the old town to the Neue Heimat and the Königsalle.
