I prepared the tax return for my daughter and, because of questions about some exceptions, had several telephone calls with the tax office. I received very friendly and competent advice. The problems were solved over the phone without any further correspondence. I was very positively surprised because I was used to something completely different from other tax offices.

Here you are led around by the nose and left in the dark. Called for an appointment and on site I was really insulted that I couldn't be given any information and that I should kindly inform myself on the Internet. I submitted my tax return on time and received a dunning notice for 400 euros which is then dropped. Nimma is worse

Even after almost 20 years, never had any problems. Always friendly, helpful and tax returns are processed promptly. Everything's fine so far - I can't complain.

We have never had any bad experiences with the FFB tax office. Always friendly, also on the phone and also helpful. Documents are also processed quickly. Can only report positive.
