We arrived at this restaurant after it had closed at about 11pm (woops!); the restaurant only stays open late if it's a busy night. However, the owner, Rainer, invited us in anyways and treated us to a traditional Bavarian dish that consisted of ham, onions, radish, and a lemon-lime sauce. We stayed and chatted with the owner for a couple hours and had a great time. The hospitality was very appreciated, and so was Rainer's company. For a foreigner though, it was a little intimidating entering the restaurant as the restaurant is literally the bottom floor of a home that's converted into a kitchen, bar, and dining room. You kind've feel like you are walking into someone's home when you arrive, but once you do walk in, you realize you have walked into Rainer's home where you can expect a good conversation and a good dinner.

It was very nice and, above all, very tasty! The host can cook just great!

Incredibly good steaks. A great host (although he is an 1860 fan)

The host and the service super nice. The steak is delicious and the wine is tasty. At the end there was a Negerkuss for everyone! "I'd like to come back.
