Again and again to be recommended without reservation. Every employee gives his best and if there are any discrepancies, a solution to the problem is sought promptly. Since only people work in the workshops, this is the place where you can safely hand in your trolley.

I've been a customer here for many years. And everything always worked out very well. You get appointments quickly. Some small things, for example a broken BMW kidney, are simply exchanged between the door and the hinge. Various services as well as repairs to the vehicle have always been done very well. At BMW, I had various problems, services that weren't due but were carried out anyway. A vehicle delivery in winter on summer tires because the winter tires were simply forgotten ... I am very satisfied here. Excellent!

Top. I've been there for years. My automatic transmission had been having problems on my 25 year old e36 convertible for 6 months. Only shifted to 3rd gear and only at high engine speeds. It also got very hot. A specialist in the workshop with a lot of e36 experience diagnosed the problem straight away. The control cable and valve were swapped and the job was done. No more problems. In contrast to the BMW dealership in FFB, which asked for money just for the diagnosis and did not know the error. Berndt's statement that they would like to keep old e36 alive is positive. A water ingress on the fan box was also quickly recognized and professionally repaired (bodywork). Of course, it all costs money, but I don't feel ripped off.
