Super nice employee and great service! In addition to repairs, other services were also offered (new wiper blades and sealing of the windshield). After three quarters of an hour, the repair of my windshield was finished (although it was more complicated than normal), the footwell was vacuumed and the contact surfaces disinfected. The whole thing on a Saturday morning at 9 a.m. I can only recommend this location, but I still hope not to have to go here anytime soon;)

I went to Carglass to replace a windshield. Booking an appointment via the hotline went smoothly and the exchange process was also smooth. The vehicle was even vacuumed and all windows, mirrors and displays cleaned.

Appointments can be made easily via the homepage, the appointment started on time. The employee was very friendly and explained everything well. The waiting time was made pleasant with free hot drinks and after half an hour I was able to drive again. Processing with the insurance company was also very quick, highly recommended!
