In a nutshell – super. I don’t belong to that type of people who rate everything with 5 stars but here I can recommend this dealer without any hesitations. It was little bit of a story how I found this dealer and bought a motorcycle here. I’m living in Munich and started with local dealers. In Munich – you should book a test drive at least one week beforehand, in case of a bad weather the test drive is canceled, all motorcycles are sold out and next supply will be in 2+ moths (closer to the end of the season) you should sign off contract NOW, make down payment and wait. :D:D In 2 moths dealer will know how many motorcycles and what color they have. If they don’t have what you want – you should keep waiting (next year or decade maybe) or agree on what they have. Since I’ve just got my A category driving license they could give me 5% discount. Among all of these conditions especially I “liked” the idea of waiting – no guarantee at all when you get your motorcycle – this year, in winter, next year... Decided to look outside the Munich and it was the right idea. How all of this worked In Evecan – test drive could be arranged right now, discounts only start with 10% if you just got your A category (depends on a model), delivery time (depends on a model as well) 2-3 weeks, you can chose a color of your motorbike… In other words – all as it should be. And a very good impression in general (I’m talking about people who are working there and their attitude to business and customers). As result - I’ve got my motorcycle in less than 10 days, black color as expected, they kindly registered it for me… So I’ve just arrived, grab all documents and drove home. Some conclusions: 1. Despite I’m living in 31 Km from Honda Evecan it’ll be my dealer for upcoming years. 2. If you need an English speaking person (like I did) your contact will be Dennis Evecan. Attention please – communication in English is not a part of official service or so – Dennis is a nice person and kindly agreed to communicate in English but he didn’t have to – so please show respect. 3. I’ve spent some time writing this detailed review to say little bit more than just “thanks” to guys and hopefully it’ll help them to increase their business with English speaking professionals from Munich. Recently got Honda VFR 1200X at this shop. Was pleasantly surprised that shop was opened specially for me on Public holiday. Competent Team workers Adnan and Dennis provided me all information about this bike, its history and service. Quickly prepared all documentation for purchase. Very responsive team, that cares about customer. Friendly prices for bikes. I do highly recommend this Shop!
