I thought it was great, was today with the trailer at the TÜV. Friendly staff and very thorough Covid19 measures. My car should be ventilated beforehand, I operated the lights during the check. The windows remained open even while the car with a trailer was being driven into the hall. Before that I asked if I could ask for it at all and then they ask for it themselves. I liked to wait in the cold (I was well dressed). Better than inside and exposing yourself and possibly (if you had it) the employees, doesn't have to be. I would only have added a mask to the plexiglass pane when I had contact with the customer. Aerosols just don't prevent that. But it is practiced almost everywhere, including supermarkets. With the FFP2 mask I didn't care, it was up to the employees. All in all super satisfied! Gladly again.
