(The 2 stars for that) However, on July 1st, 2020 there was a sign on all parking machines that due to the VAT reduction, one should "just park longer". In my case 12h. But when I came back to my car well before the specified 12h, I already had a request for payment behind the wiper (€ 33.70). Mistakes can happen, but if you then write to me that this is unjustified, do not answer with an apology, but act as if you are gracious and would waive the costs in this individual case, you should not be surprised at bad reviews. The mistake or malice was clearly on the side of the parking lot operator.

Unfortunately, I have had bad experiences when booking with the "DB BahnPark" app. Accidentally created a double posting "Same license plate, same period minus 1 day". This went through the back button, changing the period and confirming again. In my opinion, a good app should handle that. The license plate is already a unique key. After asking me by email, I ended up with the operator company (Contipark Parkgaragengesellschaft mbH) via three stops Möllendorffstrasse 47 | 10367 Berlin). The lady on the phone was very flippant or snippy. Comment: If I take two tickets at the parking machine, the money is gone and you can no longer change the data that was booked through the app. Together with the bad experiences on this day of travel (two hours delay of the train plus other problems) I am cured by the DB for the first time and will only drive my car again in the future, which is more relaxing.

Attention!!! The parking lot is in very bad condition! The company prefers to take care of the collection of unjustified claims. Rather, one disregards contradictions and passes the whole thing on to an Incasso company. Absolutely unacceptable conditions! To the operator's answer: I understand the construction work. But not for unprocessed objections whose cases you then sell to a debt collection agency. Now I can't clarify anything with their so friendly advertised hotline, because the case has been assigned!
