With a monthly rent you get a chip with which you can ensure 7/24 to park or pick up the bike there. If a fixed air pump were available, the service would be a little bit better.
The annual pass is too expensive! Buy monthly tickets and - if it's bad weather - just take one or two months out. Team okay, sometimes could be friendlier.
I'm very happy with the RadStation. On the one hand, the garage is extremely practical, on the other hand, the employees are always very nice.
For frequent users of the garage, the monthly ticket is the most ideal in my opinion, although you pay a little more compared to the annual ticket - but you can also skip unused months (if necessary, remember to go to the office in the previous month and hand in the monthly ticket!). However, there is sometimes a bit of chaos because the status whether paid / not paid is maintained in an Excel list. It happened that a month was not entered there and I later had to show receipt. So, a clear tip: keep receipts! The day pass really only pays off for occasional users - at current prices, you pay more than the monthly pass from day 9 per month.
Today I used the workshop for the first time. I usually do everything myself, but this time I left it to the experts for convenience and time constraints.
The work was ...
a) executed very quickly (handed over to the train before the train, received the call for completion the first time in the office)
b) very well executed. Was specifically about new brake shoes & assembly. The brakes pull even better now than when I bought a new one, made me almost long when I drove off: D. But that was also the point of the matter
c) executed very cheap. When I think about what I paid now, I wonder why I should sacrifice my time for repairs ...
And a nice gimmick: since the RadStation is a qualification measure, you basically do something good.
You can only win here unless you don't have a bike: D
Great staff here, and everything clean and safe.
Unfortunately I am not satisfied.
I had a new chain made on my bike. When I rode my bike afterwards, the chain kept cracking in all gears.
I made a complaint, the bike was kept there, but after that the error was still not resolved.
I won't go a third time.
It's a shame, I had hoped that I would always be able to take my bike there, but I will not do that if the performance is so poor.
