Actually even 5 stars ✨, but unfortunately a star deduction because of the rude employee (older lady with short hair and glasses)!
I really like to go shopping there and usually get everything I need.
Today the lady snapped at me so snappily, which you simply don't do in retail! (Come from the retail myself)
And that was not the first time today. With my daughter too!
The lady should really rethink whether retailing is the right job for you!

Modern, well-stocked branch. The employees are absolutely patient and very accommodating in the exchange. Coupons and apps in particular often take a long time to check out if customers cannot cope with them. Exchange of electrical appliances and cosmetics was possible without any problems. Great praise. The store is well sorted, bright and big. However, the employees convey one in their stressed way of not being welcome. A customer should never realize that one is stressed.
