Although an appointment was made at 8 a.m., I was given a time slot from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Unfortunately the employee did not show up until 9.30 am. Nobody answered and nobody could be reached by phone. For me this has nothing to do with reliability or service.

I called to arrange an appointment for meter replacement. First you hang around forever and then you become insolent dumped. Thank you and good luck for the future.

Unfortunately, no employee came to the 2nd appointment in the specified time. 2 hours waited for free and taken off.

Had an appointment today to replace the meter, took extra vacation and rescheduled appointments, nobody came !!! Maybe next time? Cancellation was apparently not possible!
