We had a new heating system installed at Wölfl. From planning to execution, everything went smoothly and we were very satisfied. Very friendly and competent staff. Quick implementation and easily accessible.

We have had a heating system from Woelfl installed and are extremely satisfied. Everything was perfectly planned from the consultation to the installation. I'm already looking forward to maintenance with such a great team! Keep it up.....

Top advice and service from start to finish. Punctuality, reliability and always an open ear for the customer are just three of the things that distinguish this company. Even the boss himself lends a hand when the need arises. Simply brilliant👍

We are extremely satisfied with Mr. Wölfl and his team. The heating exchange last week worked great.

In Q3 / 2019, Wölfl renewed the pump in our lifting system. At the beginning of 2020 the basement was under water for the first time. The suction part of the pump, attached by a 1/5 turn, had come loose. My wife and I suspected that the pump was not properly screwed together when it was installed. The assumption was wrong, because 3 months later the basement was full of water again. (So far no reproach) After repeated flooding, screwing down the bottom of the pump and trying to fix it with gaffa tape, we asked Wölfl for help. The task was to fix the bottom cover of the Connel pump installed by Wölfel, which had repeatedly fallen off. It takes me 10 minutes including installation and removal, the Wölfel employee took about 30 minutes and billed for 1.5 hours. The mission was in no way a solution to the problem and I was promised to get a suggestion on how to proceed. To this day I haven't received any more feedback. The renewed flooding of the cellar a few days later was foreseeable and Wölfl accepted it. In the meantime I have installed a cotter pin myself between the pump and the floor and the problem was solved without help. -> We have very nice landlords who, according to Wölfel's misleading statements, have paid the excessive bill in full. The argument was that because of the gaffa tape there was no longer any guarantee. But it's not a guarantee, because the pump is still working perfectly today. Screw on a lid in 1.5 hours and not solve the problem is simply no achievement. To this day it is very uncomfortable for me to have recommended the Wölfel company to my landlords.
