A really great shop with very friendly and competent staff. You can find what you are looking for and even if not, you are always well helped.
I can understand all these negative comments and think the people who wrote them should maybe work on their own style and think about their outrageous behavior!

Very good location with parking. Staff very friendly but not always helpful, there was occupation (?). Long wait for a weekend consultation.
Had to exchange something a few weeks ago which wasn't a problem either. But the lady at the checkout / information (young lady) really impossible rude ignorant snotty. We were really upset in the end. The gentlemen in the departments are very polite when it comes to exchanges.
Have bought everything from laptops and white goods to televisions. Whenever we needed advice, it was always flawless.
The prices are also no worse than those of some Internet wholesalers. So why bother with parcel services when I can get it in FFB within minutes?
Actually, I would like to give 4.5 stars, the colleague at the service counter can be very moody at times. See it as an incentive ;-)
Very poor customer service is not even possible after long waiting in the telephone department, customers who simply come are served immediately. Friends and I will avoid Markt and leave the money at Media Markt or Saturn Techno Markt probably doesn't need it
