Absolutely satisfied.
We were there because of a laptop that would no longer start.
The necessary repairs and reinstallation were carried out very quickly. In addition, a fair price and further advice on delivery and collection on various other topics.
Also recommended a cheap option for data storage, although he himself had a more expensive device for sale.
In short: we really like to come back and feel very well advised.
Unfortunately I can't find my external hard drive with thousands of pictures. What shoud that? Did he throw them away? And then he claims that I never gave it up! My trust is gone - like my pictures, which are gone forever. Not a star from me!
For over a week I had a non-starting notebook 440 km away from my place of residence :-( None of my calls for help via WhatsApp or on Facebook gave me the help I needed! But, the competent and omniscient Silvio Bischoff has all my data within an hour secured, my notebook is working again and brought up to date and some unnecessary cleared up :-D And all at a really fair and affordable price. A week later and my notebook is running, running and still running. The one I happily award five stars are more than deserved :-D
