DOPARK Underground City Theater

Unreservedly recommended as a city car park during the day. Quickly occupied in the evening for opera / theater performances. Few car parks from the 1960s were designed so generously. Good condition and cleanliness. After what felt like 10 years of construction, there is now an elevator. If it is out of order, a sign hangs at the entrance - people think with it. The many winding staircases are not for the fearful. Better take the glass elevator. For some time now, there has been a free customer card for this and other parking garages in the city of Dortmund. Fees are then debited from the account once a month. Very convenient.

I always get a place here. There is enough space. At the narrow entrances and exits, however, you can tell that a few years have passed since construction. But that also depends on the size of your own vehicle.

Places big enough, wide lane

The porter complains that you pay with him .. It is great CHECKOUT from his cottage. Incredible. Overall, good location, but the parking bays are too small for normal cars too. No signage where the pay machines are.

On busy Saturdays and during the Christmas market always well-attended staff are almost all friendly and the cleanliness is good. Unfortunately again and again fellow citizens with drug problems in the stairwell, which also left their rubbish. Recently, an elevator is available. Basically recommended.
