Three stars exclusively for on-site advice. Delivery time over six weeks and now the mattress can be bought online at half price with an alleged delivery time of nine days. What is that supposed to mean ??? Never ever
Have already bought three mattresses and a box spring bed from Mrs. Wulff and today a new gel topper. Best advice - I keep coming back! Thank you so much!
Good choice
Very good advice from a Mrs. Wulf, but delivery times leave something to be desired.
Bought 2 mattresses on 26.5.2020. Normal delivery time was 7-10 days. Corona-dependent but 2, at most 3 weeks. Two days ago we asked another employee who seemed hectic and at the same time advised another customer (it doesn't work, then another customer has to be patient) and mattresses are still not there. If nothing happens next week, we'll ask for money back. Customer service is different.
