Bought .... forgot! If you bought a kitchen dining table in "core beech oiled" from Möbel Keser, the surface became rough after a short time - despite careful care and only damp cleaning; After several complaints, the boss himself came to regrind and re-oil, everything was good for a few months until the problem reappeared. Again by email complained, answer: would be due to the wet !!! Cleaning (as if we were hosing down the table every day with the garden hose), at best we could be provided with an abrasive and oil for our own treatment; We got no answer to the suggestion made by us to treat the surface differently, namely permanently. A disgrace for a furniture store with its own carpenter's workshop, the word customer loyalty does not seem to be known at Keser. Conclusion once and never again! NS: It is even more embarrassing when it takes the Keser company almost 5 years to respond to this criticism and then it is wrong because one is apparently unable to read it correctly, let alone understand it! I did not write that we wipe with a wet cloth (only with a damp cloth) and in the end I also suggested that we correct the problem with another surface treatment, but apparently no one in your home was interested in that! In this respect, the one rating star is still too much!

Bought a upholstered set in 2019 from Keser Home Company in Mammendorf and was delivered today! I am extremely satisfied! Top advice, delivery, service everything perfect. I can only recommend. I will soon need a new kitchen and will visit the house there again. I'll be a guest again at the next cooking event :-))!

Perfect process: ordered the couch, delivered on time, set it up, disposed of the old couch and all of it very friendly and fast. The couch is nice, stable and worth the money. Again any time.
