We went to FFB because we were taken back by the quaintness of the facility and kindness of the midwives during the orientation (Info Abend). However the health care I received on the postpartum floor was so poor, it can hardly be put into words how badly the staff treated me, my baby and my husband. My grave concerns for my wellbeing following major blood loss and later for an infection were not taken seriously by the physicians and nurses. I had to personally seek out and request a blood transfusion and laboratory testing. After acquiring an infection 3 days after birth, I have now been sent a private bill to pay for the laboratory costs. The hospital is not breastfeeding friendly, as there is a lack of qualified breastfeeding counseling and pervasive advertisements for HiPP products, even as far as the company name on the infant name cards and advertisement materials targeting parents available in the “breastfeeding room.” This is in major violation of the WHO code on marketing of breastmilk substitutes. Hospital staff entered our patient room without knocking, took our infants for testing without consent, left our door open multiple times when I was undressed and even allowed lunch to be delivered twice in the middle of my medical procedure where my genitalia were exposed. There is a major lack of bedside manner. There is no continuity of care, so that we were consistently given completely opposite instructions on how to care for our infant when the healthcare staff changed shifts. We communicated this twice but it never improved, so that we chose to leave the facility before I was completely healed to escape the chaotic environment. I sincerely and deeply regret our decision to give birth in this hospital and cannot recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately I continue to have medical complications from the care I received at FFB.

Sehr nettes Team. Bin wegen eines Notfalls Sonntag zur Untersuchung ins Krankenhaus FFB gefahren und wurde in die Frauenklinik hoch geschickt. Trotz der langen Wartezeiten (die keine Schuld des Personals waren, die Ärtzin war an diesem Tag nur extrem ausgelastet) war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Mir wurden Getränke zum Warten angeboten und es kam immer wieder mal eine Schwester auf mich zu und hat mir ein Zeitliches Update gegeben. Kann mich absolut nicht beschweren und bin froh, dass ich mit einer Abklärung nicht auf einen Termin in der Folgewoche warten musste.

Evaluation for a spontaneous birth (first birth): I couldn't have imagined better care from midwives and doctors during the birth and afterwards! I can recommend the women's clinic without exception. The midwives were always there when I needed it. We were well looked after all around. At the same time, the midwives attach great importance to a natural course and have given us a lot of time and peace of mind to be able to give birth to the child without interventions! Even after the birth, the doctors took time to talk through the birth again and explain everything. Our midwife visited me on the ward the next day and let me review the birth. I can highly recommend the acupuncture in the women's clinic beforehand. I look forward to every further birth in the women's clinic in Fürstenfeldbruck.

We were in FFB for the delivery of our first child and were very satisfied. Despite Corona and the difficult general conditions, all doctors were very friendly, took the time to explain wherever possible and responded in particular to personal needs. Through a somewhat longer stay, my wife got to know the majority of the doctors, midwives and sisters and was very satisfied, since everyone is there with heart and soul and they receive 1: 1 care from a dear midwife almost the entire time of birth had (you can't influence that, it just happened to be a good period). It was a bit hectic at the station, but that was probably due to the many births that followed ours. Many thanks to the entire team for the family stay

I was helped very quickly and well two days ago! The staff are all friendly and competent.
