At Optik Walter I was given super nice and competent advice for the second time. In the first case of Mrs. Schmidt, this time I was with Mrs. Walter sen.
I felt totally at ease both times.
Everyone was extremely friendly and I was given very competent advice without any time pressure. The glasses just turned out great.

I recently visited the branch in Buchenau again and was really impressed. All of the employees present were more than courteous, I was received in a very friendly manner and advised extremely competently. I was introduced to super beautiful, modern glasses that fit exactly to my taste and the glasses that fit me were explained in a very calm manner. Even with the eye test, which is always very difficult for me because I am rather unsure what fits or not, it would make me feel good and not spread a hectic rush. I can recommend anyone who needs glasses to go here with a clear conscience. I'm looking forward to picking up my new glasses.
